Full Time (35.25 hours, Monday to Thursday 08:45 to 16:45, Friday 08:45 to 15:45) Maybe required to work away from head office.
Role Summary
The Senior Leadership Support Manager to the Director and Senior Leadership Team provides comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, organising meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
They ensure efficient office operations, prioritise tasks, and serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external personnel, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle tasks as required by Director and the senior leadership team.
Handle expenses and other financial matters, where appropriate.
Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and meetings, where required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle confidential documents with upmost discretion.
Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages where appropriate.
Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical).
Attend meetings, accurately record minutes, prepare detailed write-ups, and distribute them promptly to attendees
Track deadlines and follow up on action items from meetings.
Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the office remains well-stocked, while also handling errands to ensure office is stocked with janitorial supplies.
