Key Responsibilities:
* Provide PA support to five partners
* Manage heavy diary scheduling, ensuring all meetings, events, and deadlines are met
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
* Process expenses and invoices promptly and accurately
* Front-of-house duties, including greeting clients and guests visiting the offices
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience supporting multiple senior-level executives, ideally at C-suite level
* Extensive experience with diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing
* Confident, professional, and unflappable – able to hit the ground running and adapt to changing needs
* Discreet and trusted with confidential information
* Proactive and hands-on, willing to get involved in a variety of tasks, both basic and more complex
* Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and clear in your approach
* Friendly, team-oriented, and committed
