A Winchester based build contractor is seeking a Part Time (2-3 days per week) Project Coordinator with strong IT skill sets. This role requires someone well-organised and used to forward planning, an excellent communicator, and possessing exceptional admin, organisational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage processes, as transferable skills are essential in this fast-paced building and maintenance contractor that specialises in new build and refurbishment works with a leading food retailer.
Responsibilities:
1. Producing permits for every project
2. Liaising with the client to plan and execute each project on-site
3. Arranging delivery of materials
4. Arranging and re-arranging subcontractors
5. Arranging handover of site notes and information to produce reports with annotated drawings
6. Creating tender folders with supporting documents
7. Typing up minutes taken during meetings
8. Completing new supplier questionnaires and sending out with supporting documentation
9. Managing site labour certificates
10. Booking training courses for all Maintenance Division personnel
11. Preparing invoices after completion of each project
12. Signing off supplier invoices ensuring costs and payment terms are correct
