The Payroll Development team provides support to the payroll section by working to improve payroll systems and processes.
We are looking for a Development Officer who can provide a high level of advice and guidance to the members of the payroll team, including support with complex payroll I.T issues and the delivery of training. You would be responsible for development of the payroll system both to make improvements and in response to changes in legislation, delivering training and liaising with other departments to improve the payroll function.
Requirements:
The Development Officer position is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like the challenge to implement significant changes to systems and working practices. This is a project led position with a lot of scope for the successful candidate to create their own initiatives. You should have experience in a payroll setting as well as experience of implementing change. Knowledge of the Oracle Payroll modules would be beneficial.
