We have a new opportunity to be part of our HR team in the role of Learning & Development Specialist.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing training and learning needs, ensuring that relevant programmes and individual requirements are supported. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement learning solutions that align with organizational goals and foster professional growth within the company.
You will be responsible for:
* Partnering with project managers, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to analyse training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
* Serving as a trusted learning advisor, guiding the business towards effective learning and development strategies.
* Designing engaging and interactive training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, SME-led training, and other multimedia resources.
* Developing creative and visually appealing instructional materials that align with learning objectives.
* Collaborating with L&D team members and external providers to design and deploy effective learning solutions.
* Expertly facilitating learning sessions both in-person and virtually.
* Assessing and continuously improving training programs based on evaluation and feedback.
* Delivering digitally-led, experiential learning programs to support employee development.
* Working closely with HR and leadership teams to identify development opportunities that align with the needs of a fast-paced F1 environment.
* Executing and facilitating key programs, from onboarding to technical and soft skills development.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Proven experience in leading the full cycle of learning consultation, design, and delivery, working with stakeholders to co-create solutions.
* Experience using Articulate 360 suite (at least one year preferred) and other graphics/video creation tools.
* Strong knowledge of learning platforms, blended learning experiences, digital content creation, and e-learning best practices.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong ability to monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Passion for learning and staying up to date with best practices in talent development.
* Adaptability to evolving learning and development needs, using internal feedback and external benchmarking.
* Experience in executing and facilitating learning programs that engage both passive and active learners.
This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with an additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
