Having negotiated a landmark agreement with Somerset Council, WCI is the leading accredited supplier of phosphate credits based on septic tank upgrades in the UK. This allows us to deliver free septic tank upgrades to homeowners funded by housing developers seeking planning permission for new homes. The Role: Due to the success of our Phosphate Credit Scheme, we are now seeking a strong administrator to join our close-knit team. As Nutrient Neutrality Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently overseeing all administrative, regulatory, and co-ordinational support to housing developers purchasing phosphate credits. In this role, you will manage multiple workstreams to guide customers through the sales and contractual processes involved in the scheme. Whilst looking after the active register of customers, you will also respond to any new expressions of interest. You will prepare sales documents, support in putting together legal agreements, and coordinate the compilation of planning documents. You’ll liaise with planning authorities throughout the process and keep abreast of regulatory frameworks and guidance. You will also support the wider team with a range of administrative duties. The Person: The ideal candidate will have: A proactive approach with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM. Strong numerical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. An understanding of the planning process would be beneficial, although not essential. Experience of working in an affiliated industry would be advantageous, for example, town planning, architecture, conveyancing, or real estate.
