An exciting Beach/FIT Product Manager opportunity has become available to join a Tour Operator in Kent. This sought after role will see you join an established Product team and report directly to the Head of Product. The Product Manager role will be responsible for managing and developing our client’s Mediterranean and Long-haul beach/FIT portfolio, introduce new products & build on existing product ranges to meet changing consumer demands. The successful applicant will possess product, contracting and commercial experience gained within a tour operator / OTA. Responsibilities: Responsible for the on-going development and expansion of our client’s Beach/FIT portfolio focusing on revenue and profit generation through strategic product management Negotiation of Beach/FIT contracts and special offers in line with company expectations Direct responsibility for contract accuracy and completion Maintain and react to competitor analysis on Beach/FIT product Research and develop new markets and destinations Maintaining excellent supplier relationships and promoting the client’s brand positively Analyse market trends (both own product and industry) to propose and then develop new products To monitor the daily sales with the Head of Product to highlight areas / products to improve sales for the business To undertake overseas visit from time to time to contract hotels and to inspect destinations and services Ensure timely delivery of brochures in conjunction with the Head of Product and the marketing department In conjunction with the Head of Product and the team, look to streamline processes and introduce good working practices Now Let’s talk about You: Experienced Beach/FIT Product/Contracting Manager Commercial, pricing, negotiation and analytical background with the initiative to successfully push product forward within a competitive market place Ability to deliver on commitments and meeting deadlines Possess the confidence to communicate and present the company at all levels of business The Package: Competitive basic salary of up to £44,000 per annum Generous annual bonus on offer Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home Private pension, Private health cover, Life Cover Gym membership Complimentary lunch in the office every other Thursday Fresh fruits and essentials for breakfast Department and company team-building dinners Long service awards scheme Annual leave buy and sale scheme Personal days Professional learning sponsorship and professional subscriptions Enhanced payment for maternity and paternity leave Nursery vouchers Sounds Like You?
