Service Administrator
Swindon
Full Time – Permanent
Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch
Salary is dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our client in their Swindon depot.
* You must have proven experience in a similar positions.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work affectively under pressure.
* You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.
This is a busy and challenging role and covers a wide range of duties to include, whilst the list is extensive, it is not exhaustive:
* Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices
* Invoice queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
* MOT and Service sheets for customers and following their order number system in line with their requirements
* FM & Warranty systems and processes, including scanning jobs to FM depot at head office and dealing with any queries they need further information on
* Using DMS and R2C computer systems
* Raising Job Packs
* Updating weekly spreadsheet for customer requirements
* Updating customer costings on portals
* Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed
