We are currently seeking a Software Engineering Analyst as part of the Due Diligence and Financial Crime Strategic Onboarding (DDOB) capability. You will work within an agile environment, engaging and collaborating with Product Owners, Functional and Technical Architects and the wider Financial Crime CIO and DIGITAL onboarding Team(s).
You will be responsible for the analysis and integration role as part of the Financial Crime Orchestration development squad, executing engineering solutions through good technical and communication skills to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery of Financial Crime requirements in support of the Bank’s Strategic Onboarding roadmap.

1. Reviewing and owning Product user stories/business requirements for technical feasibility and design options, working with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Architects and Developers in an agile environment
2. Leading the analysis as part of the Financial Crime Orchestration development squads supporting full product lifecycle (design, development, test, deploy) and post release (production) support
3. Demonstrating your passion and ability to be ‘hands-on’ to implement improvements
4. Executing engineering and release priorities through technical work and communication
5. Developing and implementing efficient, scalable solutions/ applications in cloud environments
What you’ll bring
6. Good technical analysis and integration skills
7. Ability to define scalable solutions with the passion to ‘drive through’ the development lifecycle to successful deployment
8. Proactive personality bringing a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to communicate functional and technical concepts – delivering messages and status updates at the right time to the right people
9. Previous experience as an integrator, or a full-stack or back-end developer using experience
10. Experience of designing and delivering a microservice/API based environment, deployable either on premise or to cloud
It would also be nice for you to have
11. Experience of participating in deliveries with high visibility
12. Knowledge of Financial Crime concepts, applications and customer on-boarding processes/journey
13. Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry

st Stage – Technical Interview – this will be a min technical interview with one of the team.
