WHAT TO EXPECT The Learning Technology team, based within our Learning Academy in the HR function, plays a key role in developing the capability of our people. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of operations with our range of external providers of third-party digital learning solutions. It's responsible for the development of clear statements of work required to ensure the robust delivery of our programmes, management of digital learning suppliers and day to day administration of users' access to these systems. You'll ensure that our programmes meet national and business requirements, deliver value for money, drive performance, and consistently deliver a quality experience for our learners.,
* Manage relationship with 3rd party learning providers
* Deliver user engagement strategies in partnership with learning managers and product owners
* Manage licence usage, overseeing partner platform budget and delivering cost savings
* Strong project management skills to oversee multiple vendor-related projects
* Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions about vendor selection and performance
