Due to incredible demand from our clients we are actively recruiting staff to work on night shifts within Supported Accommodations across Tyne and Wear.
We have the opportunity for successful candidates to work on a flexible basis to meet your own availability; work around your main employment, your studies or childcare.
Or, if you'd rather know your shifts in advance we can offer work on a regular, contract or ongoing basis.
We also have opportunities for permanent employment, on night shifts.
We require trustworthy and reliable candidates who are committed to working on a night shift basis. Candidates who can work on initiative when required, or reactively to meet the needs of those being supported. Enthusiastic and passionate candidates who are confident in managing any challenges that may be faced in a supported accommodation environment; able to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues and professionals; competent in recording and reporting accurately.
Experience of working in supported accommodation is advantageous, but consideration will be given to candidates who offer transferable skills and a background in the support of vulnerable adults who are experiencing issues around housing, drugs and alcohol, mental health and offending.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have worked in supported accommodations, hostels, secure services, prisons, Probation, Drug and Alcohol services.
