We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.
What you'll do:
1. Assist in coordinating internal messages and communications on the project, ensuring consistent and regular messaging gets cascaded in the right format and tone.
2. To ‘celebrate success’ by capturing good news stories on the project and communicating them through the appropriate channels.
3. To ensure both compounds on the project have consistent communications including the display of posters and screens.
4. Use writing and editing skills to review tone and style of internal communications on the project before issued.
5. Assist Internal Communications Manager in creating content for bi-monthly project briefings (Your Update) and fortnightly project newsletter “One Road”.
6. To assist in managing the project Reward and Recognition process “Our Stars”.
7. To co-ordinate and maintain the project email distribution lists.
8. To co-ordinate and maintain all communications across the project.
9. To develop, design and maintain posters required for campaigns and activities. Maintain a poster log.

9. Able to draft communications from content given.
