An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our busy community in the Urgent Community Response and Intermediate Care Team here in East Devon. The role covers the areas of Woodbury, Exmouth, and Budleigh, providing urgent care to patients to prevent hospital admission and to support patients returning home from hospital inpatient stays. A driving licence is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities
We are a community team consisting of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Care Coordinators, Physiotherapists, and Support Workers, providing urgent response care and assessment to patients in their own homes to prevent admission to hospital, as well as providing intermediate care to support patients being discharged from hospital. We are a supportive team with excellent career development opportunities. The service operates over 7 days a week for 365 days a year with various shifts available.
Working Pattern: Full-time 37.5 hours over 7 days a week
