In this role, you will provide top-notch business support to the Business Director and other senior leaders. If you have a knack for complex calendar management, event coordination, and have experience in organising conferences and events, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage complex calendars and prioritise competing duties.
2. Organise internal and customer meetings, including planning and logistics.
3. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
4. Assist in arranging small customer events and hospitality.
5. Create and format presentations for meetings and conferences.
6. Ensure documentation is in order for continuous professional development points.
7. Play a key role in contract management tools and processes.
8. Provide coverage for team members and assist in peak workload periods.
9. Undertake projects as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications:
1. GCSE English & Maths or vocational qualification in business support.
2. Experience supporting senior-level managers and/or directors.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
4. Excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
6. Previous experience in organising conferences, trade shows, and events.
