The Role:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting our students. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive teaching environment, where you will be given opportunities to develop your skills, knowledge, and experience. Under the guidance of our experienced teaching staff, you will have the chance to grow in your career and become an integral part of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons to Primary students, ensuring the curriculum is engaging and accessible for all learners.
Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum, educational standards, and teaching methods.
Assess, track, and report on students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and carers when required.
Build positive relationships with students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities and continue to develop teaching skills.
Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and the wider school community.
About You: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is ready to take the next step in their teaching career. The ideal candidate will:
Hold a relevant degree and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Be an enthusiastic, adaptable, and reflective teacher with a genuine passion for education.
Demonstrate the ability to create a positive learning environment and support students of all abilities.
Have excellent communication skills, both with students and colleagues.
Be committed to their professional development and eager to grow within the teaching profession.
