Due to growth, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Home Claims teams in Glasgow or Perth - we are looking forward to receiving your application A bit about the job: As a Quality Assurance Consultant working with Aviva's Home Claims business area, you will be accountable for completing quality assurance audits on Personal Lines Home Claim files. This will include conducting deep dive activity into areas of concerns which have been agreed with business area leads. You will regularly report on audit findings and present them at forums with key stakeholders to drive forward required actions and improvements. Responsibilities of the role will include: Quality Assurance audits Deep dive activity into areas of concern, agreed with business area leads Reporting of thematic observations and presentation of assurance findings at key forums Coaching and feedback Quarterly planning of assurance activity to support the Assurance Lead Insightful analysis and reporting of QA outputs Support technical audit activity as required for broker/supplier audits Calibration of audit activity within own team and supporting areas e.g. offshore Skills and experience we're looking for: Property Claims technical and process knowledge preferred Analytical with excellent attention to detail Planning and organisation - an independent and proactive worker Relationship and stakeholder management at leader and senior leader level Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
