We are seeking an experienced French and Italian speaking Personal Assistant/Administrator to join a boutique art consultancy firm in Central London. You will be providing comprehensive administrative support, dealing with diary management, arranging meetings and booking travels. A good understanding or interest in art would be a great advantage, but not a necessity for the role. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in the organisations office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties
Managing a busy diary by utilising your organisational and multitasking skills
Co-ordinating detailed travel itineraries, transportation, scheduling internal and external meetings
Handling certain personal matters on behalf of the Director
Working proactively to resolve any enquiries from clients in the arts sectorAbout you:
This role requires an experienced French and Italian speaking PA, with ideally some exposure in working within a creative/art environment, providing support and taking initiative in all aspects. To be considered for the role you must have previous experience in a PA or EA role, supporting Senior Members to CEO or Director level.
Profile:
Required to be fluent in French and Italian, both written and spoken
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience working as a bilingual Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Senior Secretary, ideally within the art industry
Have a knowledge or interest in the art sector would be a great advantage
Solid experience of working in a fast-paced environment
