They will assist with strategic developments of the company and act as a technical representative at various visits and technical audits. Key Responsibilities: Updating Customer Specifications on various portals including TQC, MCreate, JS Evolve, ensuring all details reflect practices. NPD – Liaise with Specification Technologist on first production runs and customer QAS’s when required. Chair the HACCP team, ensuring that the site’s HACCP plan is up to date and all actions which may occur because of a process change are addressed fully and on time. Maintain Internal Audit plan, undertake internal Audit and coordination of internal audit non-conformance corrective actions. This includes but is not limited to: Monthly Glass & Hard Plastic, GMP, customer standard audits, BRC standard audits. Control of and ensuring that all customer complaints are recorded, investigated, and addressed. Responding to a customer with a corrective action. Recording, monitoring, and communicating company’s CPMU to all relevant staff. Maintain & Update the Site Quality Management Manual – including Policy & procedure Liaise with our customers’ technical departments & Support sales team communications. Support Compliance Manager with implementation of relevant laws and regulations. Liaise with Procurement to maintain a list of Approved Suppliers for Raw Materials & Packaging ensuring approved specifications are available. Part of the third-party audits and customer audit team. Promote a positive a food safety and quality culture within the business. Deputy department lead & Health & Safety support Monthly Reports - Customer Complaints/ non-conformance Data.
