We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting I to join our Regulatory Operations EMEA team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Develops plans and programs that help automate the regulatory reporting process and limit control gaps. Strong business analysis background including experience in the requirements lifecycle (e.g., elicitation, gathering, documentation, analysis, prioritization, traceability) as well as writing user stories Experience in agile methodology and working iteratively with business stakeholders and development teams Confident in owning and delivering on end-to-end tasks with a pro-active and independent approach Ability to quickly communicate and address issues - strong decision making Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with stakeholders of all levels Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems and provides guidance to junior team members on complex testing tasks including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution. Provides technical consultation to the business on use of application Willingness to continually learn and develop skillset Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel Engages in analysis of data in reporting systems to identify control gaps and develop the necessary requirements to address them. May enlist the support of more junior team members. Has a deep understanding of the processes and data within the relevant systems from which regulatory reports are created. Works with stakeholders to ensure their understanding of and support for regulatory reporting goals and compliance with regulatory reporting implementation. No direct reports. Provides guidance to more junior team members as needed. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred. 5-7 years of experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
