More about your role
The Systems Support and Change Manager is responsible for the smooth operation and changes to Development's business applications, driving productivity and satisfaction for business users. The role takes ownership of engaging with business users and collaborating with other group services to identify areas for improvement and address any business concerns. They are responsible for leading these changes and liaising with cross-functional teams to implement adjustments or improvements to either applications, business processes or documentation.
The role will also be responsible for overseeing changes to systems delivered via projects, ensuring that the changes are fit for purpose, align with the evolving business needs and align to an effective business change management strategy for successful adoption.
More about you
It is essential that you have experience with the following systems: COINS, Novade and Anaplan at a minimum, and that you have experience managing an IT support team, and managing change within a national housebuilder.
