Workshop Manager -Porsche

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilising the resources in the workshop to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives without compromising the quality of the work produced, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer experience.
2. Ensuring effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
3. Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
4. Ensuring appropriate resource management overseeing the workflow through the workshop to achieve the highest levels of productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
5. Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
6. Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!
Qualifications:
7. Previous experience of working within in a main-dealer workshop, mechanic or Aftersales environment.
8. A solid understanding of the technical requirements needed to manage a team of technicians to deliver high standards of workmanship.
9. A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
10. An NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair would be advantageous but not essential.
11. Excellent organisational skills with a logical and methodical approach.
12. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
13. A valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
