We are looking for someone to join our Roost on a part-time fixed term basis for 6 months, with the successful candidate working 2 nights per week on, between 8pm & 8am. Our new Night Owl (Customer Service Advisor) will become a key part of our existing, friendly and experienced property team at our Corfe House Property in Poole.
Hours: 18.75 per week
Salary: £12,187.50 (£12.50 per hour)
Term: 6 months fixed term
The City: Poole: the coast with the most, with a historic maritime, a bustling quayside, green open spaces and idyllic views across Europes largest natural harbour with eight islands and striking peninsula.
The Site: Our Poole Roost is located a stones throw from the harbour and a short bus ride from Talbot Campus. With a focus on community and wellbeing, the property is staffed 24/7 so there is always someone on hand to help.
The Vibe: Corfe House is a chilled place to live, with a strong sense of community amongst residents. We work in close partnership with Bournemouth University to deliver a safe, relaxed home-from-home.
As a Night Owl, you will be the first point of contact for residents between the hours of 8pm and 8am. You will support students who might need to report a maintenance issue, collect a parcel, ask for directions or simply need to chat.

* Take pride in ensuring your property is fully booked and that any debt is managed swiftly.

* Embrace the social side of being a Night Owl by taking the lead on organising social events for our residents.
* Provide the warmest welcome for prospective new residents by mastering the perfect room viewing.
* Create an environment whereby residents feel confident in raising any concerns about our properties or our practices.
LEARN
* Get off to the Best Start Ever and learn the Student Roost way of doing things.
* Educate yourself on the local support network that we can signpost residents to.
COLLABORATE
* Work closely with the wider team to better deliver an enhanced resident experience.
