A Deputy Manager role assisting the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations at Hartwood House, a 50-bedded residential and dementia care home in Lyndhurst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of staff and residents
* Contribute to the development of care plans and policies
* Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards of care and service
