Teltonika Telematics is a rapidly growing developer and manufacturer of industrial, made-in-Lithuania easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
1. Work with various Teltonika Telematics manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485 and 1-Wire;
2. Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases;
3. Be responsible for arranging technical tasks for custom development projects and coordinating solution release to clients;
4. Troubleshoot, provide assistance, and consult clients via a dedicated ticketing system or online meetings/chats if they are needed;
5. Communicate with global international corporations that provide car sharing, rental, fleet management solutions and various other companies from different vehicle telematics fields;
6. Cooperate with RnD, quality assurance and project management teams to ensure the maintenance of the projects and that solutions reach the clients on time;
7. Have an opportunity to go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use-cases;
8. Guide colleagues and customers by preparing wiki documentation or training.
9. Test and perform quality assurance of the solution in the UK region.
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
1. 1 year of telecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering education or previous work experience in technical or engineering fields (can be a student);
2. Understanding or basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies (2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G, CANbus, BLE) (this will be considered as an advantage);
3. Passion for providing help to others, caring, willing to grow and enrich your technological know-how;
4. Ability to work in a team environment, whether consulting other team members or reaching out to others for assistance;
5. Analytical and creative thinking and mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting;
6. Knowledge or work experience working with ticketing-based platforms (Jira, GitLab, OpenProject, ServiceDesk);
7. Great communication skills, are capable of fluently speaking and writing in English.

SALARY:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~2990 Eur—3650 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
