Communicating existing procedures and proposed changes to staff and supporting business areas on the introduction of new project/initiatives. Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers and stakeholders. Keeping up to date with changes by liaising and consulting with other units, agencies and outside organisations to ensure that the impacts of change/improvements are co-ordinated. Sharing information and managing proposed changes including identifying and realising benefits. Driving continuous improvement for the benefit of the business, advisors and customers.
