Job summary YZUP at WithYou is the commissioned Young Persons Drug and Alcohol Service for 11-18 year olds across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We have a vacancy for two Young Persons Workers covering the Mid part of the county. Main duties of the job The purpose of the role is to screen and assess referrals that come into the service and then co-produce a Care Plan with the young person to be worked on throughout their treatment journey. Our Treatment Model is developmentally informed and uses the stages of Adolescent Development to underpin the range of psycho social interventions the worker offers to the young person.
