Drive innovation through our products
Join the teams responsible for ensuring we're offering what consumers really want and gain exposure to product services, delivery, and more. Grow your potential as a Product Management Apprentice and work towards a professional qualification, all whilst earning £27,000!
Make things happen
As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in shaping our innovative products through three rotations - Product, Project, and Consumer. You'll develop key skills in research, strategy, and customer insights while working on exciting projects like our TV and entertainment services, exclusive O2 Priority offers, and even the latest iPhone launches. This programme will help you build strong industry relationships and gain a deep understanding of what customers love. Day-to-day, you could be:
1. Supporting on which products or services should be launched, when's best to launch these, and the way in which we go about this.
2. Coordinating and leading customer research to gain feedback on how they respond to our products.
3. Working with our technical teams to make impactful changes to our existing product portfolio.
With inclusivity at our hearts, we're 100% committed to having a workforce that represents every part of our society, so we're keen to hear from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances. The only barrier to applying would be if you didn't have the right to work in the UK and were unable to obtain it without our support.
What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role and combines on-the-job learning and academic study, where you'll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. At the end of the programme, you'll receive a nationally recognised qualification.

We encourage all interested applicants to apply as soon as possible. If you're offered a job with us, it will be conditional, based on the passing of background checks.
