Working with a globally recognised luxury brand, we are seeking a Reward Analyst to join their Global Reward team. As a Reward Analyst, you will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive compensation analysis, ensuring both market competitiveness and internal equity. Our client is renowned for its strong identity, making this role ideal for those looking to make a significant impact within a prestigious company.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the operational Reward cycle, including annual compensation review and benchmarking activities. You will also contribute to transformational C&B projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
* Assist in the preparation and execution of annual compensation reviews
* Support the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs
* Provide guidance on job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay evaluations
* Prepare and participate in benchmarking data surveys
* Analyze compensation trends, policies, and practices to inform strategic decision making
* Develop detailed reporting and analytics to support reward initiatives
* Manage the organisation of compensation-related data in Workday
What you bring:
* Experience in a compensation analysis or reward/HR related position
* Knowledge of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and reports to analyse large volumes of data
