Supply Teacher Location: Hove Pay: £120 - £180 per day Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 Contract Type: Day-to-Day and Short/Long-Term Placements Start: April or September Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements across a variety of schools in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Hove. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a range of schools, gaining valuable experience and making a real difference in the lives of students. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
* Provide support to students, adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and needs.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any challenges.
* ️ Adapt teaching methods to accommodate any special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
* Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff.
Requirements:
* ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
* ️ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
