Job Title: KS1 Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Padiham Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £140 per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support their development Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes for students Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience working as a KS1 Teacher is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others Preferred Qualifications: Specialist training in early years education Experience using technology in the classroom Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar and school hours.
