We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales & parts department, managing aftersales operations, and driving sales through effective upselling strategies. Duties
1. Oversee the aftersales team to ensure high-quality customer service and support.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to customers.
5. Collaborate with sales management to align aftersales processes with overall sales goals.
6. Maintain account records of customer interactions and feedback using relevant software.
7. Train and mentor team members to improve their skills in communication and sales techniques.
8. Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the aftersales department.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service management role is essential.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
4. Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
