What you'll be doing;
Operation of potable water network.
Operation of foul water network
Operation of site AMR network (water)
Meter reading across the site and other sites when required
Planning and implementation of leakage control activities
Deputising for Operations Team Manager.
Member of out-of hours standby arrangements.
Supervise work activities
Analysis of network data
Identifying and responding to leaks and bursts
Identifying and responding to pumping station failures and sewer blockages
Planning potable water maintenance and operation activities.
Planning foul water maintenance and operation activities
Planning surface water maintenance activities (Oil Interceptors)
Updating site GIS system and and when changes occur
Responding to customer enquiries regarding pressure and water quality.
Monitoring potable water network for flow, pressure, leakage etc
Preparation of reports using a variety of media
Water Quality sampling
Surface & Trade effluent sampling
What we're looking for;
Qualification or experience with water network and treatment operations
Good attention to details
The ability to write detailed reports
Good understanding and awareness of regulatory aspects within the water industry, particularly in relation to water quality
Leakage management experience
Water Quality sampling experience
