Job Title: SHE Programmes Lead

Salary: Up to £45,000 commensurate with skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee programme delivery, ensuring governance, assurance, and compliance with industry best practices. Provide programme reporting and analysis to stakeholders
* Develop and deliver programme reports, using data analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and process improvements
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective deployment of programmes (for example, SHIELD, SHE Training, OH, Site SHE inductions etc..) and ensure alignment with other BAE UK training and engagement strategies. Influence key decision-makers to drive business success
* Coach and supervise team members in the adoption and implementation of relevant programmes. Become a Superuser in SHE systems and act as a subject matter expert for assigned specialist areas within Maritime Services
* Provide dedicated support to the team and coordinate resources for each phase of implementation
* Apply extensive knowledge of Programme Management tools, techniques, and governance to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement best practices to improve project outcomes. Assist with the development of LFE
* Work with the team to support and deliver SHE training strategies, including developing and deploying training materials. Ensure consistency across MS sites and provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders
* Maintain a broad understanding of the Line of Business (LoB) or programme landscape, including commercial and operational factors. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and professional institutions
* Develop and implement common procedures and processes for Maritime Services to ensure a consistent approach to SHE training, SHE engagement, and SHE programme management. Capture, evaluate, and share best practices
* Support Senior Management – Governance with any additional duties as required, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will initially be working on the launch of the new SHIELD programme for Maritime Services. This initiative is a key strategic project & offers an exciting opportunity to drive and implement a new incident management system and drive impactful change.
