About the Sales Team
The Operational Sales Analyst role is to accelerate sales by providing the sales team and all business stakeholders with accurate and timely support throughout the entire sales cycle. This position is recognized as a process expert and serves as a trusted advisor on order requirements during the sales process.
Assist Sales in opportunity/quote creation and selling strategy, with the undertaking risk analysis.
Legal, Revenue, Order Operation, logistics, and channel.
Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to provide customers with an appropriate level of Sales and Technical support including quotations, product configurations, competitive positioning, references, etc. Provide incremental Sales opportunities through upgrades offering
Assistance with shipping and management of escalations.
Sales support
Support Key Clients & Resellers as part of a strategic sales plan
Assist and help scale sales processes to increase rep productivity, revenue booking, and accurate forecasting as well as improve CRM usage and compliance.
Maintain competence in areas of Product, Technology, Sales and Competition
5 years of sales, Sales operations, or equivalent
~5 years’ sales experience in the networking arena
~5 years’ experience working with a field sales force in a teaming model
~3-5 years’ experience using SalesForce.Bachelor’s degree or in Business Administration or equivalent
~ Proven track record within Sales; using solid sales processes and methodologies
~ Advance level database skills and all MS Office Tools
