Salary Range: OTE in the region of £35k (negotiable depending on experience) including commission and bonuses

Our client, a well-established, growing, family-run SME based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 100+ accounts, focusing on the 'bronze and silver' accounts, building and developing strong relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual with a hunger for success. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts by increasing share of wallet and introducing new products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact for dedicated customers' inquiries
2. Build and develop rapport with dedicated accounts, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly
3. Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, identifying opportunities and securing orders
4. Negotiate and close contracts with existing and new clients
5. Monitor clients' budgets, explain cost details, and discuss terms of business
