What you'll be doing:
1. Creative Ideation: Translating strategy into big creative campaign ideas, social-first always-on formats and successfully pitching award-worthy Creative work to current and potential clients
2. Brand Guardianship: Maintaining consistency across all of the creative output ensuring everything ladders up to the overall direction of a client's social (and wider marketing) direction
3. Creative Leadership: Orchestration and delivery of the most technically challenging work, demonstrating social-first output for your department and deepening key senior client and interagency relationships
4. Team Leadership: Leading on the performance and development of Creatives, ensuring they are thriving both as individuals and as a team. Supporting technical learning, hiring new team members and careful selection of freelancers
5. Growth of Agency and Output: Feeding into the long-term agency creative vision, unlocking new opportunities through expertise and seeking opportunities to raise Born Socials' profile within the industry
Who we're looking for:
T his role is perfect for anyone who's been in a social conceptual creative role, in-house or agency side, for the last few years. Specifically, we're on the lookout for these things:
6. You've got at least 7 years agency experience in a conceptual creative or creative strategy role, with strong social experience (ideally working with FMCG and alcohol brands)
7. You have a track record of pitching and delivering industry leading creative campaigns, rooted in cultural relevance and social insights.
8. You've had experience working with and delivering creative direction and campaign ideation for big-name global brands
9. You're able to lead and inspire others
10. You've confident holding high-level client relationships
11. You are a confident decision maker and able to creatively problem solve to course correct quickly and clearly
12. You have impressive deck creation and presenting skills
