If your answer to these questions is yes, we have a brilliant opportunity that could be for you Curo’s Young Persons Service is recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer based at Bath Foyer to deliver intensive housing management and support young people to thrive in their accommodation. You will be working closely a support team on site to manage rent accounts, referrals in to the service, housing management tasks, move on and managing anti-social behaviour in a strengths based and trauma informed way. You will be given full training on all aspect of working in supported housing, so experience is desirable but not necessary for the right candidate. Curo’s Young Persons Supported Accommodation teams promote youth leadership and empowerment and have colleagues who bring commitment and enthusiasm to all aspects of their work. More about you You will be a calm and positive person who is able to work as part of a close-knit team. Your positive mindset and resilience will ensure that you are best placed to help young people thrive. You will have excellent communication skills and keep accurate records of your work to evidence success. You will be organised and able to manage you own time with support of your line manager. You will be able to follow structured housing management processes with compassion and understanding whilst maintaining excellent professional boundaries. We will carry out an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start. Where and When you'll be doing it You will be working alongside a fantastic and supportive team in the Twerton area where there is free parking available on site and close to local amenities. This is a full-time post working between Monday-Friday including evening working where required. What will you get in return?
