The Role As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to support marketing, sales, and analytics efforts. Reporting to the Head of Audience Data and Insight, you'll play a critical role in implementing and optimising their recently adopted Customer Data Platform (CDP), Amperity, and contribute to advanced analytics projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Designing and developing automated dashboards and reports using Looker to track financial and performance metrics. Analysing audience data to inform strategies on revenue growth, acquisition costs, ROI, and conversion rates. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities across various product streams. Supporting the implementation and optimisation of our CDP, enhancing marketing campaigns and lead generation. Promoting a data-driven culture across the business by empowering teams with actionable insights. Becoming a domain expert in live events, paid content, and key markets to provide targeted analysis. About you: Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is essential, with Python as a bonus. Experience with Looker is highly preferred, though not mandatory. Ability to navigate and analyze complex datasets effectively. Experience: Around 5 years in a similar role, ideally within media or a related industry (B2B/B2C experience both welcome). Personality Fit: Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams across a complex business. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for uncovering insights. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment managing multiple brands and product offerings.
