We're seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our client and their Workplace Health team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in fields such as Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, or those with relevant experience in Occupational Health. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct health assessments and surveillance programs for various clients, including screening tests (e.g., Spirometry, Audiometry), Safety Critical Medicals, and Health MOT checks.
* Maintain health screening equipment, record medical data accurately, and ensure secure storage of records and equipment.
* Drive mobile health screening units as needed and adhere to strict protocols and procedures.
* Conduct evening and night assessments when required.
* Observe clients in their workplace to understand job demands.

Person Specification:
* Experience in Occupational Health or related roles, or relevant degree (e.g., Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy)
* Full manual driving licence and willingness to travel
* Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
* Ability to work independently and build effective relationships
* Flexibility to manage varying workloads and contribute to company development
