What You’ll Do:
* Provide top-notch technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
* Troubleshoot, manage change requests, and perform system builds.
* Conduct routine maintenance and monitor systems.
* Support a diverse range of technologies including WIFI, G Suite, Office 365, Apple, Android, VOIP, and Microsoft Windows.
* Travel to our offices in Eastbourne, Greenwich, and Dublin to assist users.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of 1st line/IT Helpdesk support experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 Admin panel.
* Experience with patch panels and PC hardware setup, configuration, and repairs.
* Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Relevant tech certifications and a passport for travel.

Additional Information
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Greenwich / Hybrid
Contract: Permanent – Full time
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
