Part-time Role - 9 hours per week (3 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Your Purpose
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Sensory Panelist at our largest and most advanced brewery in Europe. This role involves tasting and assessing our brands to ensure the quality remains world-class for our consumers.
Responsibilities
As a Sensory Panelist, you will support our Quality team in flavor evaluation of Molson Coors brands and new product development, ensuring they meet consumer needs.
You will undergo taste training and performance evaluations weekly, developing your tasting and assessment skills using feedback from these sessions.
You will match products to Molson Coors brands, evaluate the sensory impact of new processes, and provide objective sensory data to support business decisions in technical, marketing, and production areas.
This role offers a fascinating opportunity to impact our brands directly.
About You
You should have a well-developed sense of taste and smell and a passionate interest in food, drink, and flavors.
You need to demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and constructive communication skills. Applicants with a food quality background will be preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
