Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to provide assistance to the Data Information Officer and work alongside the Data Information Assistant.
This is a key role in the Adult Learning Disability Service, requiring effective communication to assist in the efficient running of the Community Learning Disability Service and support the care group with performance data.
The post is for 12 hours, ideal for someone looking for part-time hours or exploring another employment opportunity alongside another role.
The post holder will be office-based at Heath Close in Billericay and will support the wider team with day-to-day management of the office building.
Main duties of the job
* To work flexibly to provide support to the Data and Information Analyst, Lead Nurse and Head AHP within the community learning disability service.
* Collaborate with the Specialist Reporting Team to collate data and information for the Learning Disability Service.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
* Updating electronic databases and systems (Eproc, Health roster).
* Responsible for keeping staff records e.g. annual and sick leave.
* Managing and oversight of stock, materials and equipment.
* Updating electronic filing systems.
* Photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.
* Taking telephone calls and greeting visitors.
* Liaising with members of the MDT.
* Recording telephone, emails, and inquiries and passing to the relevant team member.
* Updating registers/databases/spreadsheet applications.
* Supporting health and safety tasks to maintain the building.
* Diary management and room bookings.
* Ensuring post is recorded and sent accurately.
* Respecting confidentiality at all times.
Person specification
Education
* A good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Databases.
* RSA 1/Pitmans Elementary or equivalent typing qualification.
* Good knowledge of office organization and procedures.
Knowledge
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work as a member of a team.
* Professional and efficient manner in dealing with colleagues.
