The Office Junior / Receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. This individual serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
Key duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
* Welcome and offer refreshments for visitors
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as required
* Manage post, both incoming and outgoing
* Assist in managing and updating the company database
* Maintain spreadsheets, updating key information
* General office upkeep - ensuring clean and tidy
* Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Monitor stock of stationery and supplies
* Prepare for internal meetings
* Organising lunch for visitors and internal staff events
* Organise collections for staff milestones
* Manage visitor parking
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
