Arts Business Administrator, Creative Learning and Wellbeing Mentors, Curriculum Music Teacher – Cambridgeshire Music
Cambridgeshire Music, who are based in the old infant school site, are recruiting for these roles via Cambridgeshire County Council.
Arts Business Administrator: Provide friendly, efficient, customer-facing, front-line public services to clients and partners of Cambridgeshire Music within their Business Team. You will need to be able to work on occasion on evenings and some weekends, as required to meet service needs. You will be supported and supervised and have responsibility for managing stock and equipment. Responsibilities include reception, digital systems support, information provision, and face-to-face transactions with service users. You will also complete a range of administration tasks and assist in the day-to-day running of our Histon Music and Cultural Education Centre, including helping set up spaces, library and instrument loan, general building operation, and assisting in the delivery of events. Creative Learning and Wellbeing Mentors: Deliver creative learning, wellbeing, and health activities, assisting with specific projects, inclusion work, and collaborations with individuals to help them progress towards their creative or wellbeing goals. The part-time post is offered initially as a fixed-term contract, but there is potential for the teacher to develop further work as part of the role and for it to be extended or become permanent in the future. Curriculum Music Teacher: Design and teach high quality and engaging whole-class music lessons that inspire pupils and help them to develop musical skill, knowledge, and understanding through sequential and progressive learning. Create broad and balanced music planning that sets high expectations and is inclusive of all learners, regardless of ability. Develop detailed, practical, and inspired schemes of work that demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge and are differentiated to support all pupil abilities and learning journeys.
