TfL Commercial Media and Partnerships generates critical non-fare revenue from several streams: our advertising estate, the world’s largest, sponsorship and brand activations such as Santander Cycles, filming in our exclusive locations, and licensed products.

Are you a skilled B2B marketing professional with a passion for media and a talent for compelling storytelling? Transport for London (TfL) is seeking an exceptional B2B Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate our commercial media presence across advertising, sponsorship, filming, and licensing.
In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute a dynamic B2B communications strategy that showcases TfL's innovative commercial opportunities to key decision-makers in the industry. You'll lead an integrated team of experts to deliver a consistent drumbeat of engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring TfL maintains a clear, confident, and compelling voice in the media landscape.
What you’ll do
* Craft and implement a forward-thinking two-year B2B Marketing and Communications strategy that positions TfL as a premier commercial partner.
* Lead an integrated team of subject matter experts and channel owners to identify and deliver high-impact sales opportunities.
* Cultivate strong relationships with media partners and trade publications to maximize messaging reach and consistency.
* Manage a comprehensive calendar of commercial events including webinars, conferences, and award entries.
* Own and optimize our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring GDPR compliance and efficient data management.
* Plan and execute strategic email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Maintain key industry relationships with prestigious trade bodies including the Advertising Association, WARC, and ESA.
* Direct our external visual services agency to produce captivating photography and videography showcasing our commercial offerings.
* Manage the B2B budget effectively to deliver measurable impact across all initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
* A creative, energetic business-to-business marketing specialist with:
* Proven experience in B2B/commercial marketing within the media industry.
* Strong track record of managing CRM/email marketing channels and campaigns.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences while maintaining TfL's commercial voice.
* Demonstrated success working across multiple disciplines to effectively market diverse business areas.
* Outstanding stakeholder management abilities and presentation skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strategic, commercial mindset.
* Ability to spot opportunities and proactively develop engaging content that tells our business story.

* Experience of B2B marketing in the Media/marketing ecosystem.
