An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trust's Resourcing function as a Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Projects Manager. The postholder will be responsible for delivering high level support and advice relating to temporary staffing, visas and immigration and various recruitment projects. The postholder should have experience in Recruitment and Temporary Staffing and have knowledge of recruitment legislation, NHS pre-employment check standards and UKVI guidance and policies. If you meet the criteria within the person specification and feel that this could be the role for you, we would love to receive an application form from you., The Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Projects Advisor will primarily take the lead in supporting the Trust with advice on temporary staffing and visas, as well as assisting departments with hard to fill vacancies. Projects will focus on areas where the Trust is experiencing significant workforce challenges identified through the workforce plan.
