About the role
As the PMO Manager you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organisational support to various departments. Your main responsibilities will include managing day-to-day tasks such as handling communications, organising schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
You will be pivotal in maintaining efficient workflow processes, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting project delivery functions. What you will be doing
* Manage the PMO organisation & its team deployment for the UK.
* Define the structure, process & deliverables.
* Manage the team toward achieving the objectives defined for the PMO team.
* Manage and coordinate work packages and requests.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support across multiple departments.
* Oversee the processing of schedule updates, analysing project delays or major changes, and effectively communicating impacts to stakeholders.
* Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.
* Manage day-to-day resourcing of the engineering team.
* Assist with invoicing and financial tracking related to project work.
About You
You will have experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment, with a proven track record of managing work packages and coordinating cross-functional teams
You will have the following experience:
* Project Management: Skilled in managing tasks using tools like Agile or Prince2.
* Team Management: Experienced in leading small teams.
* Communication: Effective in stakeholder and team interactions.
* CRM: Skilled in managing data with Microsoft Dynamics
* Reporting: Capable of creating clear reports for senior management
* Collaboration: Effective in coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Supplier Management: Skilled in managing external suppliers.
* Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with PowerBI knowledge.
