Location: Portadown/Hybrid (with travel to other sites required)

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare Monthly Management Accounts in line with month-end schedules.
* Work closely with the operations team to support business decision-making.
* Generate and present variance reports to management.
* Develop and distribute KPIs to track financial performance.
* Collaborate with Credit Control to meet cash and debt KPIs.
* Support Accounts Payable with supplier management.
* Monitor and manage working capital levels.
* Improve financial reporting procedures to enhance efficiency.
* Budgeting and cash flow reporting.
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in ad hoc finance projects as needed.
* Compliance
* Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Actively support the effectiveness of the IMS system by reporting concerns, participating in training, and fostering a compliance-focused culture.
Who you are:
* Part Qualified Accountant
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Flexible and able to work as part of a team
* Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
* Highly proactive with a can-do attitude
Preferred but not Required:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience in standard costing
* Experience with Infor LN or similar accounting software
