Guest Experience Host Nuneaton, Warwickshire £24,000 - £26,000 Our client is the UK’s leading specialist in commercial property and asset management. The Guest Experience Host functions as the front line assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Estate Manager and Senior Management team. You will be directly responsible for the Welcome Centre, ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained while having due regard to expenditure and legislation. Responsibilities: Promotes a high level of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements. Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors through dispatch, voice mail and/or other direct contact. Communicate with occupiers and clients in a courteous manner and be willing to assist where able, acknowledging your role as the first line site ambassador and reflecting the clients image through correct quality service. Meet and greet visitors to the site in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and receive calls and callers in a timely and professional manner. Liaise with Park management team and contractors in respect of reactive and PPM works, including supporting logging maintenance requests. This includes ensuring that all issues are promptly dealt with in accordance with agreed Basic service criteria. Maintains the highest standard of building management and cleanliness within the areas of responsibility – Landlord areas / common parts Assists the Estate Manager in developing a close working relationship with all contractors to ensure they fully understand the company culture and standards, ensuring a high quality service is delivered Assisting with room bookings and events, including room setup and refreshments where appropriate - keeping records to facilitate direct charges of these facilities. Also to facilitate site tours and reception and switchboard cover, where appropriate Stationery and conference/meeting room sundries Alongside the Estate Manager and Facilities Team colleagues to provide feedback for input into the Site Health & Safety system. To facilitate all health and safety audits and registration of the same. Supports and promotes occupier and landlord activities (including events and commercial opportunities), working with the clients marketing team, ensuring a positive presence on social and business media. This is a full time permanent role. 40 hour working week. Worked across 2 shifts on a rolling pattern – 7:30am – 4:30pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
