An exciting opportunity to join the Benefits Solutions and Implementation team as a PMO Support Officer on a permanent basis, based in our Darlington office (hybrid working).

The role
As the PMO Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the PMO Manager of Benefits Solutions and Implementation (BS&I) to ensure that all BS&I specific objectives and Railpen strategic objectives are achieved. This role will also be responsible for providing key governance, analysis, and administration support across the project portfolio and system release process to ensure they are run effectively, which in turn will help the function to secure our members' future.
The person
We are looking for someone with previous PMO Support experience ideally, who is able to support in gathering, analysing, monitoring and reporting on data, ensuring compliance and quality standards are followed. Knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders within the team and cross-functionally. You will be consistent and highly organised in your approach and have a keen eye for detail with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
